Enviro Mushroom
Almost 25 years ago, four ambitious Koreans in their mid-40s packed their bags and set out for greener pastures. And they found them in Ontario. That’s where the friends established what is today Canada’s leading organic specialty mushroom farm, Enviro Mushroom.
Today, Enviro Mushroom, operate out of a state-of-the-art facility in Burlington that produces over 3 million pounds of mushrooms yearly. Their certified organic mushrooms are grown in a sterilized organic culture (as opposed to manure) and employ high tech computer programming and stringent sanitary standards.
